현재 heroku create git push heroku master heroku run python local_library/manage.py migrate heroku run python local_library/manage.py createsuperuser 까지 하고 heroku open 까지 했는데

이런 오류가 떠서 heroku logs --tail 를 입력해보았더니 마지막줄에 2020-05-29T14:56:25.361280+00:00 heroku[router]: at=error code=H10 desc="App crashed" method=GET path="/" host=shielded-fortress-50257.herokuapp.com request_id=1fcdc5af-379e-456p crashed" method=GET path="/" host=shielded-fortress-50257.herokuapp.com rbytes= protocol=httpsequest_id=1fcdc5af-379e-4567-975f-8866ac1b8602 fwd="124.146.14.36" dyno= connect= service= status=503 bytes= protocol=https 이렇게 뜹니다. 그래서 $ heroku ps:scale web=1 를 해보았음에도 불구하고 되지 않습니다.
